2010...  What's different about it?  Nothing really.  Yet I feel sort of inspired for some reason.  I've felt like this a handful of times before, like I'm really ready to DO something, but I've never really harnessed it.  I doubt this time will be different, but maybe I'll get off my ass and do some of the cool things I've always wanted to get really good at.  I guess I should make some resolutions that I won't keep, but what can it hurt?

1- Keep up a journal for an entire year - I got the idea from what Roxas did in KH: 358/2 Days and thought it was a good idea.  It would be good to relieve stress and let out other emotions I wouldn't otherwise.  It would also be good for reflection when I look back at old entries.

2- Become good at a musical instrument - We have a piano at my house and I got a really nice guitar for Christmas.  I'm quite envious of people who are really good musicians, and I'd love to be able to create fantastic music like they do.  I have the means to do it, but I lack the drive to teach myself and practice enough to become anything more than mediocre.  That's part of why I hope I meet this resolution.  I'm not very good at seeing things like this through.

3- Successfully complete at least one Cosplay - Jisatsu got me interested in it.  I find it quite interesting and the premise behind it is something I like.  Who hasn't wanted to be one of their favorite characters from a show at some point?  Plus creating an outfit is something that I'd love to be able to do.

4- Eat healthier - I eat a lot of junk food and drink a lot of soft drinks.  Tasty stuff.  It's bad for me though, and I don't even know how bad.  I do know that I have too much of it though, so I plan on weaning myself off of it.  I really don't want to give up things like Dr. Pepper completely, but I really do want to cut back on it.

Sorry for chewing anyone's ear off (though I doubt anyone besides me will even read this) but I needed to let this out.  Put it down somewhere, ya know?  At any rate, I feel better.
